What to do if i forgot my username or password

Have you forgotten your tootalshop password and/or username or do you want to change your account details? Get back up and running by following these steps. 

Forgot your username?

The email address under which you registered is also your username. In case you changed your username on the ´My Tootal´ page, you will have to contact us and we will look up your username.

Forgot your password?

Please change your password via the password reset page. Or go to tootalshop.com, click on the button ´Log in´ and then click on ´Forgot password´. You now will be redirected to the reset password page.

How to reset your tootalshop account details

In case you want to change your account details, please follow the steps below.

• Log in to tootalshop.com

When logged in pleas click on the button ´My Tootal´ top right corner in the menubar. Now you will land in your personal environment.

• Click in the account field on ´Edit account´ or ´Edit password. 

All data registered under your account will be shown. Please change the data and click on the button ´Save data´ to send your request. We will change your data manually and short thereafter you will see your request data.
