Sampling Service

In addition to our large warehouse with in excess of 10 million metres of stock, Tootal Fabrics (Holland) B.V. also has a sample department, referred to as the sample room.

In our sample room we keep a sample roll in stock from each of the more than 3.000 articles of our collection. These rolls are used to produce colour cards and cut sample yardage which we ship by courier service to our customers worldwide. We do our utmost to ship samples and/or colour cards orders the same day.

Samples for small orders

In addition to producing colour cards and collection books, the sample room prepares samples for small orders. Small metrages are often required by our customers to get a better idea about the specific hand-feel or to make sample shirts and blouses. Also when the fabric is used as contrast in the collar or cuff of a shirt, these in general smaller ordered quantities can be processed easily via the sample room department.

Tootal customers can request a specific number of metres. At Tootal, we do not have a minimum order quantity requirement. 

Never out of stock service

Whether it concerns our Cotton, Blend, Linen or Print items, everything can be ordered from stock as most of the fabric articles are part of our never out of stock (N.O.S.) collections. When a sample order is received by us, it is processed in our sample room. Large volumes of fabric are handled every week and Tootal ships to over 80 countries worldwide. In addition to this service, we also offer guaranteed next day shipment and stock reservations to optimize our customers' working capital and direct availability.

Special makes

Do you have a special fabric requirement and it can not be found in our collection? No problem! In that case we will be a happy to make an offer based on the requested composition, construction, yarn count and finish. Handloom and lab dips can be provided. In case of a special design in print we are able to offer it based on digital print for smaller quantities or Rotary print when larger quantities per design are applicable. That is how we operate daily at Tootal!
