Last week we started our exciting series to take you on a journey of our recent activities, new collections, designs and some of our all-time favourites. We showed you digital prints, cotton/bamboo fabrics, knitted jersey and pique. This week we want to put the spotlight on our top fuse, satin and corporate wear fabrics! 

Top Fuse

Top Fuse is short for “shirt interlining”. Shirt interlining is used to shape shirts or blouses, in for example the collar, cuffs and the front placket. Garments with interlining are primarily ensured to keep its shape after wearing, washing and ironing.

At Tootal fabrics (holland) b.v. we provide different types of Top Fuse interlinings; soft, medium and stiff. The shirt interlinings of Tootal fabrics (holland) b.v. are fusible due to a high-density polyethylene coating. Our complete range of interlinings are Oekotex certified. The composition of our interlinings is 100% cotton and available in three different colours and weight classes, 100 (article number 0100), 140 (article number 0140) and 170 (article number 0170) grams per square meter in colours optical white, grey and black. Satin

A common misunderstanding about satin, the term satin actually refers to the weave, not the composition. Satin is smoother than plain weave fabrics and is known for its lustrous finish. This soft, shiny finish adds a luxurious feel to fabric. Satin has a floaty drape and is versatile in use. Our 5249 (cotton/polyester), A359, A576 and A577 (all 100% cotton) fabrics form our gorgeous satin collection. This sneak peek will give you an idea of our entire satin collection! 

Working hard or hardly working?

Our extensive collection offers a great choice of fabrics for corporate uniform shirts and blouses. Do not forget to check out our sustainable alternatives!

We offer items with various textures, compositions, and weave types, available in many colours and designs. Even with the stretch in this special composition (63% cotton, 34% polyester and 3% stretch), these fabrics can be washed at 60°C.

All our fabrics are available and sample yardage can be ordered as well as colour cards. Articles 5767 and 5838 are the perfect fabrics for production of your corporate wear!
